 Local writer discusses novel about the Wellington Disaster



Local writer-photographer Martin Burwash will discuss his novel about the
Wellington Avalanche of 1910 at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 7, at the main
branch of the Everett Public Library, 2702 Hoyt Avenue. The program is free
for all.



Mr. Burwash is a farmer and feed mill worker by trade as well as a lifelong
rail fan and photographer. He has written two previous books about
railroads, *Cascade Division* and *The Great Adventure*. His most recent
book, *Vis Major*, about the Wellington Avalanche of 1910, is his first
novel. Join us as he discusses his work and his love for all things rail.




Books will be available for sale after his talk.
