Rest in Pieces - The Collins Building 1926-2010; Predeparted by blocks
of historic downtown, The Jefferson School, cohesive neighborhoods,
the interurban- a sense of place. Survived by surface parking lots,
strip malls, jail cells, with panoramic mountain views, public
building with loading docks on gateways, buildings so ugly no one
cares enough to wash them.
