[Loscho_Enews] Heritage Day 2013 March 23rd

To All Heritage Members and Supporters-

The Board of League of Snohomish County Heritage Organizations has set
March 23rd as our 2nd Heritage Day -

Last year's event was very successful and we are proposing 4-6 new
workshops/meetings/trainings and perhaps a featured speaker.  It will be
held again in Stanwood at the Floyd Norgaard Cultural Center.

So you can help by emailing me about your ideas for training or meetings or
speakers -  Ideas so far: family history, oral histories, web design
technologies, museum management technologies, preserving an old house,
registrar workgroup, Past Perfect training, board development.  If you know
good trainers or speakers, send them along too.

We are also scheduling a Volunteer Recruitment training for Board members
October 13th. - More to be announced soon about that.
