Subject: Request for Washington State Genealogy Conference to be posted on
your event calendar

Dear Society:

I am a member of the The Washington State Genealogy Conference (WSGC)
Committee and am working to reach all genealogy and family history
societies in the state.  We could really use your help in promoting the
WSGC to be held August 15 and 16, 2014 in Arlington, WA. at the Byrnes
Performing Art Center.  We hope your members will appreciate knowing about
the conference and knowing of our special guest speaker, D. Josh Taylor.
 I've includes some information for you below as well as a PDF of the event
you can print or attach to your emails. Some classes are getting full and
we want to make sure everyone who wants to attend can.

Josh has been the featured genealogist on the hit PBS show, Genealogy
Roadshow and NBC’s Who Do You Think You Are? He is a distinguished and
award winning genealogist and author. And this will be his debut in
Washington State and we're super excited to have him come and be part of
this great line of presenters.
The conference's theme is built around  Improved Genealogy Research through
improved Methods and Techniques.  D. Josh Taylor is our the keynote speaker
for the conference.

Classes will be led by  local and regional speakers include Eric
Stroschein, Donna Potter Phillips, Mary Kathryn Kozy, Steven W. Morrison,
Susan Faulkner, Margie Beldin, Janet Camarata, Jill Morelli, Teresa Shulze
and Patti McNamee.

The event cost is very reasonable at $75 for the two days and $70 for WSGC
members. Meals are additional Local hotels have conference rates and you'll
find that information as well on our website
