*MEET "ELEANOR ROOSEVELT" *
On Saturday, March 5, at 4pm, the Camano Schoolhouse Foundation is
celebrating Women's History Month with beloved storyteller, Debbie Dimitre,
portraying Eleanor Roosevelt at the Camano City Schoolhouse.
Watching Debbie perform, you will think you have gone back in time and are
seated right next to the former First Lady. Bring the history buffs, as
well as, students in the family to learn and re-learn of Eleanor
Roosevelt's fascinating life, her struggles, as well as, her amazing and
long lasting accomplishments. This is one that we could see again and
again. A suggested donation of $10 will be requested. All proceeds fund
the repair and preservation of the historic 1905 Camano City Schoolhouse,
which is located at 993 Orchid Road, just of Chapman Road near West Camano
Dr.
